Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Paglapreneur. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Online Courses once accessed or started.
- Digital Downloads (PDFs, Templates, Assets) once the download link has been sent.
- Membership fees after the subscription period has begun.
Exceptions: If you face a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued.
2. Physical Merchandise
For physical items (T-shirts, Notebooks, Gear), we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeline: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
